I am beginning this petition to attempt to take a closer look at a question that there has never been a clear answer to. Kaplan University has committed many sins against its students (both former and current) The one story I have read consistently is that kaplan recruiters have been guilty of making promises that could not be kept and almost pushing a student into signing for classes. Kaplan financial aid has gone as far as to sigh students up for classes for which they are not taking etc..Then the student involved gets hit between the teeth with a bill they did not make. The list goes on. I believe kaplan's accountablity goes beyond an Iam sorry?? What happens to the people who have almost had thier lives ruined by a bill they can not hope to pay?? The students is where they first need to make an ammends with more than words. I am sorry just does not cut it for any of these people. I know first hand. I truly love to see the goverment step in someway and make clean up the disaster they caused.
