| 263 | Gary Gideon | It grieves me that a Judge would overrule a motion for a new trial when there is this much controversy over the case and when a man's life is at stake. Is this Judge afraid that the "The Truth" might finally come out? It is time to protect the INNOCENT, not the mishandlings of the court process. Give this man a new trial and let a JURY decide on his fate, NOT a single JUDGE. |

| 267 | Dolores Owen | I know that innocent people get tangled up in this justice system. My son was also wrongfully convicted. It's a fact. What is horrible is that this justice system does very little to ensure that this doesn't happen. May God have mercy on the souls of the officials who refuse to investigate claims of innocence! |
| 268 | Jen | Debs,
Isnt this convenient? Maybe we should "welcome them back" |

| 276 | Rev: Loreen & Aldea Silvarahawk | Seems to show a big question about some other person doing the deed.
Without the clearings of these questions, one has to believe that possibly someone else committed this crime. We are legal voters and possible jurist in our home state/county = TN/Monroe |

| 288 | Jennifer Polton | The truth of this case needs to be brought forward, apparently there is no justice when things are kept secret. This man needs justice and prosecution needs to realize that just having someone in prison is not going to help anyone on the street if the real murderer is free. I am truly amazed at the ignorance and tolerance for such things to continue in that state. Sincerely, Jennifer. |

| 294 | Cindy Landry | God Bless you- Courts are a dog eat dog game of chase. Not true Justice. I don't see how we have to take an oath to tell the whole truth when the WHOLE truth is withheld. Prosecutors and Defense attrneys play a game of who can get information on the stand and who can keep information off the stand. This is not Justice. Godspeed in your endeavors. I know it is a great challenge to have Court Officers actually uphold their own laws. |
