Dolores Owen | There are too many innocent people in prisons and way too many people ignoring that fact. The justice system is tarnished by human beings in official capacity who are capable of lying and actions of vengeance.

Kristie D. Carter | As Director & Founder of The Carter Foundation, I'd like to sign this again in a professional capacity and demand that the state of Missouri reopen this investigation immediately. My name and number are not from a phone book and those who doubt the legitimacy of this petition are not only ignorant, but blatently so. Go find another cause to discourage, for you will not succeed in this one.
Ms BattleCry/Carla Andrews | I am resigning as there have been issues of validy of signatures. I am the founder/director of Battle Cry Of Innocence and am outraged at the injustice surrounding Arkie's case. His life has been stolen from him as well as the people who love him. Let justice be served as it was meant to be. Justice should not have a price tag attached to it.

kelley gilbert | Reasonable doubt - heard of it? I would think that there would be plenty of room for doubt with this "evidence". Let's hear the real truth.
Rosa Caldwell |
Mandy |
Shunna Haynes | The death penalty is wrong in and of itself. It is heinous if there is one shred of doubt of guilt. In this case it would be more than heinous!

Melissa Taylor | I hope this petition goes through, and i feel sorry for any coward who wants to sabotage this petition! The truth will come out!
Liane Legey |
Margaret Jenkins | Appears that another slip-shod form of justice. Make the correction now.
Reverend Loreen Silvarahawk | It is definitely time to reinvestigate the case concerning Walter Barton. ALL of the evidence needs to be looked at and taken into consideration. It is time for justice for this young man.
Sue Tindle | I too am a family member and victim of injustice in the state of MO. Unless you have been a victim of the courts, whether state or federal, you have no idea how it works! This is not the movies folks and it does not happen that way at all. It doesn't matter if you prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are innocent, if they want the body count in prison, or you have a prosecutor who is climbing the ladder, you are going to be found guilty one way or another. It's ok, "BY LAW" , that the prosecution and their witnesses can COMMIT PERJURY, BRIBE WITNESSES, WITHHOLD CRUCIAL EVIDENCE PROVING THE DEFENDENT IS INNOCENT, INTIMIDATE THE JURORS AND INSTILL FEAR IN THEM, THREATEN POTENTIAL DEFENSE WITNESSES AND DEFENSE ATTORNEY'S, INCLUDING GETTING THEIR LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW TAKEN AWAY FROM THEM. There is no such thing as "Justice". It should be rewritten as "Just Us". Whoever is trying to sabbotage this petition is apparently one of the prosectutions paid witnesses and has a reason to be scared of the truth coming out. It's too bad we can't find twelve men and women who we can consider a truly "informed jury", who can see through the theatrics of the courts.

Gary Ford |
Kaye La Rose | I think this petition is suppose to be for people in Favor of Walter Barton, maybe you should start your own petition else where, and leave this one alone. Who ever you are, you are making a real ass of yourself.
