Dear Blizzard, we as customers and players feel that due to the problems related with the very anticipated Warlords of Draenor (which some people programmed for with weeks in advance at least) we as players deserve at least as compensation 5 extra game days since we couldnt properly play and enjoy the game.

We expect no less from our favorite franchise and we feel that it will at least ease the extreme frustration that queues of sometimes 10.000 players on a single server gave us.

An apology, as nice as it is, needs to come with action, although the days still wont take our time and frustration back but will at least make up for the money loss that we had which we believe will appease most of the gamers.
