As a reflexologist and retired nurse I know the problems that these clients face with this desease. The Medical Council should be praising her not seeking to undermine her. I was a patient of Dr. Myhill when I lived in the uk.
I have always found her to be ready and willing to help and understand my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, when other so called professionals accused me of imagining my ME. Most of the time Dr. Myhill was the only person who understood my agony, and helped me with bona fide thyroid products, such as armor dessicated thyroid. Dr. Myhill is an open minded doctor, who understands the need for certain people to take a t3 thyroid supplement, while other doctors do not.
Dr. Myhill can make some people feel better, when other doctors refuse to help patients who are in desperate need for certain supplements.
I am appalled by the GMC treatment of Dr. Myhill.
I now live in Israel, where doctors are really at liberty to act unethically, so I know the difference.I am forty seven years old, and I have had CFS for twenty years now. I wish I could call upon Dr Myhill's help and advice again, and I sincerely hope
her reputation remains as unblemished as it ought to be. I wish Dr. Myhill the best of luck, and I hope to contact her in future.

| 961 | Hilary Willsher | Dr Sarah Myhill offered me understanding, practical advice, treatment (free from side-effects) and hope when no other medical practitioner showed any interest. This was completely justified, as thanks to her, my health improved considerably for the first time in years.
Her professionalism is beyond reproach, and that such an (unusually!!) open-minded, intelligent, well-informed, articulate, hard-working and dedicated doctor should be persecuted is beyond comprehension and belief.
I sincerely hope the GMC will take this petition and evidence seriously - we need more caring doctors in general practice, not fewer! |
