| 1 | pauline donaldson | I am very happy to give my support to this petition for Dr Myhill and hope that "common sense" prevails and the planned action is cancelled. |
| 2 | Chris Dorian | Dr.Myhill stands out among doctors for her hard work to treat and help those that are discarded and mistreated by the NHS. This action against her is utterly disgusting |

| 4 | judith smurthwaite | i feel this is a witch hunt for someone who is willing to take on board this crippling illness and help us in every way she can.
Obviously there are some guilty professions who are still in the dark ages and do not believe in this illness. It should be those professions who are taken to a tribuneral to answer why so many people have suffered so long but told they are lazy. |
| 5 | mary | Its about time there was a doctor who understands ME and her patients and wants to actually help her patients and do more research regarding the illness.
There should be more doctors like Dr Myhill |

| 9 | Regina Clos | I listened to Dr Myhill's lecture at the London Invest in ME conference on 2 May 2007. My impression was that she is a very dedicated and highly qualified and experienced expert in treating multisystem diseases which are otherwise severely neglected by the medical system. It would be a shame to stop such a wonderful physician just because of politics and regulations which allegedly are not adhered to by her. It is so obvious that she shall be stopped for political reasons. With her expertise she dwarfs many other socalled "experts" who have nothing to offer but ineffective or even dangerous "treatements" like CBT or GET.
To stop her would, in my humble opinion, cast a very bad light on the authorities behind such a decision. It is simply too obvious that stopping her is an attempt to stop someone who, by her success and knowledge, disclose so many others as incapable.
Please let her continue her good work! |

| 11 | CHRISTINE MASON | WHY, WHEN THERE ARE SO FEW DOCTORS WHO ARE WILLING TO LISTEN TO OR DO ANYTHING FOR PEOPLE WITH M.E. IS THIS DOCTOR BEING HOUNDED? IF SHE HAS TO GIVE UP WHAT SHE IS DOING, THEN MANY MANY PEOPLE WILL BE LET DOWN ONCE AGAIN. |
| 12 | Tricia Presson | Far from being reported, Dr Myhill should be lauded for her comittment to helping her patients. I wish more gps were like her - willing to think outside the box. |

| 14 | annette barclay | Dr Myhill's website was one of the most useful tools that I had in understanding and managing my illness.
Patiant choice must remain paramount. |
| 15 | Elaine Cheshire | I have been on Dr Myhill's website and as an ME sufferer I have found it helpful. I am appalled that she is being treated in such an unfair manner. |

| 19 | Gill Suttle | Dr. Myhill represents one of the rays of hope that have emerged from the medical world over the last few years. As an ME Support Group leader of ten years' standing, I always recommend Dr. Myhill's website immediately to newly-ill ME patients, as one of the few sources of up-to-date information on the illness and its treatments. Dr. Myhill is dynamic and wide-ranging in keeping well-informed, and may be usually relied on to keep well ahead of her peers in research and treatment developments.
To think that she is to be rewarded in this way for her dedication to patients is almost as frightening as the prospect of her services being restricted in scope and her extensive knwlege and experience being consigned to the back burner.
This action is a dismal reflection on attitudes entrenched within the medical hierarchy. |

| 24 | Kirsteen Wright | When I was first diagnosed with M.E., Dr Myhill's website was a godsend. It was so helpful, I don't know how I'd have managed without it. |

| 26 | Jill Lawson | I am absolutely dismayed at this action. Dr Myhill is one of the few doctors in the country actually helping ME/CFS patients. We need more doctors to follow Dr Myhill's protocols, not a move to stop Dr Myhill's excellant work. |

| 30 | Daphne Caton | Dr Myhill's invaluable work and advice have given hope and practical help to untold numbers of sufferers like myself who have not been able to get such help anywhere else. It would be a tragedy and a bitter blow to the whole ME community if her activity were to be suppressed. |
| 31 | Irene Thorpe | Dr Myhill has behond a doubt helped me manage M.E. sonething the NHS not only failed to do but have been pushed me away and hoped I would dissapear. |
| 32 | Ann Jones | |
| 33 | Audrey Walsh | |
| 34 | John Walsh-Heron | |
| 35 | Susan Turner | Dr Myhill is one of the very few medics to take ME seriously as a physical illness. She should be praised not vilified. |
| 36 | Peter Turner | Dr Myhill is one in a million and offers the last hope for many ME sufferers and their carers. She offers real, effective treatments that should be adopted by all doctors. |
| 37 | Pam Clewley | Dr Myhill is a brilliant doctor who listens to her patients but also is very strict about getting tests done and then keeping GPs informed.
It is a mad world if you take action against such a wonderful knowledgeable women.
It sounds to me much more about professional jealousy on behalf of some of the medical profession. It also would seem like we are living in a Big Brother state if you take any action against such a good doctor. They are few and far between. |
| 38 | Richard Paul Kayes | I know of a number of friends with ME who have been helped by Dr Sarah Myhill. |
| 39 | Jane Kayes | |
| 40 | Dr Andrew Isaac | As a medical practioner with ME - GMC number 6144320 - I am disapointed and surprised the GMC has taken this course of action. No patients have made a complaint and Dr Myhill, to my knowledge, has caused no harm to her patients. |
| 41 | H Roland | Dr Myhill is the only doctor who has been able to alleviate some of my symptoms of ME due to her interest in and knowledge of this illness. The NHS and my GP have been able to offer me no treatment, but Sarah Myhill has treated my slightly low thryoid when the NHS wouldn't, and my health is better for this intervention. She also gave me other supplements which actually make a measurable difference, and I am so very grateful to her for all her help. |

| 45 | Christine Oakey | For those of us that are ill with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, we really need people like Sarah Myhill to help us, without people like her, we would have no hope. Where would we be without the progress that people like her make. |
| 46 | Laurence Swift | |
| 47 | J Brown | |
| 48 | Jamesina Remfry | |
| 49 | Rosemary Cox | That this is happening at all is evidence that 'the powers that be' have more interest in defaming those (few) doctors who really make a difference to people with certain illnesses than to encourage good practice based on high quality bio-medical research: research which at present in this country is being underwirtten entirely by private donation. |
| 50 | Christine Burwood | We need more doctors like Sarah Myhill, NOT less. We are being totally ignored by the NHS just because chronic conditions such as ME etc are not generally life threatening it seems we dont matter and no one cares regarding our conditions and poor quality of life!! |
