552 Alfred J. (Al) HallWithout bingo many organizations that depend on these funds may no longer exist or be able to support community functions.
553 Cory OliverI am a firm supporter of the Drum and Bugle Corps activity, and know that these groups need the support of their bingo halls. This activity has changed the life of myself, and so many others. Without it, many people would suffer to not grow in this field.
554 AnonymousDrum Corps in California need these to keep feilding corps. If this is taken away the tradition of corps in California will be gone.

562 James Nesset WillifordMr. Governor, I am a member of the Santa Clara Drum and Bugle Corps, and we rely almost completely on our bingo hall to raise money for our non-profit organization. As a leader and member I urge you to please not sign the bill if you wish the young voters and people of this fine state to experience things that are unexplainable. Please veto this bill, thank you

568 AnonymousThis bill is written for the Indians to take control of all gaming in California. The small Bingo Halls are Non-Profit Organization and they support the local charities throughout the state. The Indians would provide the local charities with monies and support that is provide by these Small Bingo Halls just as example the Community Bingo Hall in Victorville has provided between 125,000 to 175,000 dollars per year to the local schools, Sheriff and Police Widow fund and alot of other local charities that would be left out if this bill is passed and making the Small Bingo Halls to controlled by the Indian Tribes in this State and I and many other people in this state want our government run by the elected officials of the state not by the Indian Tribes. They no more rights to control this gaming than we do as common citizens. VOTE NO on SB1369

571 Benjamin LewisSave the Blue Devils Organization! They are currently the world record holder for most World Champion titles, and their training corps, Blue Devils B, is very close to their first title! This bill would deprive the entire organization of funds, and deal a serious financial blow to all 3 corps sponsored by the Blue Devils!

585 Arthur GoodmanPlease allow charity and non-profit organizations use these electronic bingo machines. They are not trying to benefit themselves, just the organizations they are affiliated with, organizations that help young people doing positive things. I am writing this to you as a representative of The Blue Devils out of Concord, California, but I am also supporting all of the other drum corps in the California area that need these machines as well (The Santa Clara Vanguard, Impulse, etc.). The Blue Devils is an organization that has been around over 50 years... 50 years of helping out young people from not only California, but around the world!! Once again, please allow these type of non-profit organizations continue to support their communities and the positive activities which they serve. Thank you.
