I learned to ski at Whistler 33 years ago when, what is now the Whistler towncenter, was just a garbage dump that was frequented by brown bears. My family has owned a condo in Whistler, now across the highway from the towncenter, since 1974. Congratulations to Vancouver & Whistler - this is well deserved!!!! |

Anyone who understands the modern olympics (meaning within the last few years) knows that they are a huge money maker. True, back in the day, such as montreal, it lost money, but the olympics has changed, into an economy booster for wherever they are held, for years and years. U must invest to get ahead. u must spend money for education, b/c although you will loose money at the get go, u will be set for life. People need to smarten up in this province. B/c this is why we are doing shitty as a province, b/c people are living with their heads in their heads in the clouds and want thing to be given to them.
