Universal Gas and Electric is a scam

The petition

Universal Gas and Electric is running a door-to-door scam. They tell you that they will lower your gas or electric bill by locking your rate for the next 5 years. What they don't tell you is that their rate is much higher than DTE's current rate. The sales reps also fail to inform you that there is a $250 cancellation fee.
