It is important to that we like many of our public service figures say "There is no greater or higher calling than that of public service. To have this acdemy would mean that this arena which is just as respected and imporatent and any other field has a direct path and direction. To reenforce that many have to come up in the ranks and some get lost along the way in which to enter publice service with some sort of knowledge usually end up being lawyers.
