recycling bins for plastics, cans and glass

The petition

We the students of the University of South Florida, petition to the administration to increase the number of recycling bins for plastics, cans and glass. Students typically throw these items away in normal garbage cans when we all should be recycling them for a cleaner and better environment here at USF and in the world.
