Many Republicans have been claiming that had Liberals been more open to Regans idea of a laser protection system in the 80's it would have gotten the proper funding to give the US protection from a possible nuclear attact from dangerious enemy countries. However, lasers are very stupid and were just as possible in the 1980's as a gigantic bubble surrounding the US is in 2006. Therefore, I propose that we devote our national defense money to building a gigantic bubble around the US to protect us from bad things. |
