It makes me sick to my stomach as a mother of 4 children ages 9, 8,2, 4 months to have to hear these school officials have all the justifications in the world to say what they please about our little children and the authority to Label our INNOCENT children as they please because of this "ZERO TOLORANCE" rule. This has gone to far in our Country and I agree we need to stand together as a team and fight this law for our INNOCENT children. A child under the age of 10 should be protected by the law and not allowed to be Labeled by our schools as a Sexual Harraser like this 7 year old First Grader who had the police called on him at school. These are little children America!!! that are not of age to be Labeled that way!!! I believe that there should be a Law not to allow an Adult in our School Systems to Label any child under the age of 10 and if older not without concrete proof that they are a danger to our society or to themselves. This is a number one priority in this Country that we need to fix and fast. As parents we should have TOTAL control over our own children. We have allowed them with this ZERO TOLERANCE TO GO ABOVE US AND CONTROL OUR CHILDREN AS THEY PLEASE!! IN MY EYE'S THIS IS JUST PLAIN WRONG!!! THANK YOU A CONCERNED MOTHER |

For unplanned violence, schools have plenty of "weapons", such as pencils (stab someone in the eye), scissors (cut an artery, use just like a pocketknife), baseball bats, etc. Cars themselves can used for a mass killing in the school parking lot. All cars have a tire iron (many have been beaten to death with one. |
