The petition
The City Of Bedford,Bonar Group and Indiana Department of Transportation in Phase II of Plaza Drive Improvement have turned a "deaf ear" to a very dangerous planned exit from Cambridge Square Apartments. (LEFT TURN FROM A STOP!) The present Plaza Drive Traffic Impact Study Indicates -22 accidents on Plaza Drive--11 from a left turn from a stop and 1 from a right turn from a stop. There is 135 residential units at Cambridge Square of disabled and elders. THE PRESENT PLAN IS NOT WITHIN THE LEARNING CURVE OF THESE FAMILES. We request a private Traffic Impact Study of this Exit.

We are citizens of Cambridge Square Apartments in Bedford, Indiana. Indiana Department of Transportation agree that commerical property and residental property is not a good mix. In a 3rd class city like this planning and zoning is dishonest and corrupted. We have many problems with Plaza Drive Phase II that creates a health and safety hazard.
