Once 3,000 individuals have endorsed this Petition, we will submit the
full text of this Declaration, with names and signatures
received (excluding email
addresses) to the following
groups;

United States, and all US Cabinet members.

Chiefs of Staff, the
Secretary of Defense, the
National Security Director,
the DCI
(Director of Central
Intelligence) and other
heads of major U.S.
"intelligence"
organizations.

members of Congress and
all U.S. Senators.

The
membership of the U.S.
Council of Mayors.
-
A
selection of leading U.S. and international
newspapers.

The United
Nations Secretary-General
and top U.N. leadership,
including nearly 200 U.N.
ambassadors.

The
leadership of allied
organizations; including the
U.S. Council of Churches,
Rotary International,
MoveOn.org and others.
