I think all dolphins and whales (eg. Lolita the killer whale in Miami) should be with their own kind, in the oceans, and enjoy the freedom that every animal deserves. |

| 114 | Nadine Ealson | Please help keep the UK free of facilities holding captive dolphins and whales NOW |
| 115 | Irene Thomas | I myself have worked with captive dolphins. I was lead to believe that the dolphins I was working with were born in captivity, little did I know!! I later found out what horredous things these beautiful animals go through to be caught purely for the entertainment industry. It disgusts me and I am against any animal being kept in captivity for entertainment. I can categorifcally state that if such park ever opens in the UK I will be outside protesting along with many others! Is there not enough captive animals in the world living a life of misery? |

| 133 | Lee-Ann Ford | Dear Mr. Bradshaw,
We at Linking Individuals for Nature Conservation (LINC), Hong Kong appreciate your governments efforts to keep cetaceans free in the wild and for the example that your government has set for other nations by not promoting cetacean captivity. However, we find that without legislation that strictly bans importing cetaceans for the purpose of public display that your efforts are not entirely sincere.
With it being over a decade since the last captive dolphin holding facility was closed down, it is time for your government to demonstrate steady follow through by producing proper legislation, making cetacean captivity entirely illegal once and for all.
We call for your immediate attention on this matter.
Sincerely,
Lee-Ann Ford

| 144 | Tracy Cole | Please bring in legislation to stop the keeping of cetaceans in captivity. These wonderful creatures should never be confined to tanks and the pressure of performing just for our benefit, this is extremely cruel! |
| 145 | S Thompson | We don't want to see captive dolphins and whales in the UK again. And hope it never happens. |

| 150 | Michelle Spillane-Smith | We DO NOT want captive whales and dolphins in the UK. It is a selfish act of entertainment organisations and does not take the animals welfare into consideration. These mammals should be free in the oceans where they are meant to be and we should not be interfering with nature. |
