Are you Republican or a Democrat? Whatever your party affiliation I think one issue most can agree on is UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE. It's time to get out of the dark and educate ourselves about the system and how it "works". I believe the government wants to keep us in the dark, they want us to keep quiet and not know about the system or how to change it...Do you know down in Guantanamo Bay there are terrorists getting top quality health care? We are a very diverse country...from poor to rich, regardless of your financial status, medical needs are becoming a hot and expensive issue. If you can't afford health care insurance you better hope that you don't need a ride in an ambulance or get in any accidents and have to go to the hospital, and please keep your children inside, heaven forbid something happened and they needed emergency medical attention and your a middle class citizen, because you won't be able to afford it! IF you can afford health insurance, your a little better off...but that's IF you don't get dropped, and even with insurance a medical procedure can be costly, that's why they won't pay ALL of the money needed to get your surgery! The thing is people we need a universal health care program, and you can call me a "red" you can call me a "socialist" because "quite frankly my dear I don't give a damn". Nobody cares about their neighbor anymore, you scratch my back I'll scratch yours....is that NOT how it's supposed to be? What about your kids health care? What about our senior citizens who get social security, and with it can't even afford the taxes on their house much less pay for medical assistance or any medical procedures. It's time to start making noise here...We are a free country, this is the country were "freedom of speech" is our slogan....Then let YOUR voices be heard! You can't change anything sitting in your living room watching the news and getting angry, or discussing the problems of the system in your back yard...can you? NO. You have to actually work to get what you want...SO I want to start a petition, everyone who is FOR universal health care can sign.
