This patrichial system at UGA has allowed us to lag behind other peer and aspriant institutions with this prime example but with many others such as lack of childcare, maternity leave, and the loss of women in higher ranks. And, I guess it really doesn't matter that we continue to make national news on these very issues. Its embarassing! |
