This is a problem that could of been stoped by the city a long time ago.here are some of the problems the home owners of nothland have to putt up with.
1. We pay the same amount of taxes as every body in yellowknife and get nothing out of it.
2. We get treated as one big lot and we dont?Hello
3.the city dosint pay for the broken water meter,But they do for every body else in yellowknife
4.We have the worst rodes in yellowknife
5.We pay a working man 50000 a year to site on his ass and water plants in the sumer and fill in pot hole in the spring.
6.the city charges the condo corp 6000 a month for lost water?
7. the city dose not take care of there own peapole.
8. one person wow was dowing somting about it is selling all of his 4 homes
9.leting every home owner with a big bill at the end of this.
Trust me wen i say the list goes on.
Its time to wake up yellowknife? stuff like this cant happen in this day in age.
