| 202 | Nate A. | Moving the Sonics to OK. is a bad idea. This franchise was the first major franchise in Seattle to win their title (besides the 1917 Metropolitans). I believe that if a sports team wins a title, they should not be allowed to move.
Do you know that Clay Bennett's home town is Oklahoma City? His whole reason for buying the team was so that he could move them to his home-town....ARE WE GONNA LET HIM DO THAT...NO!!!!!! |
| 203 | Mike Livingstone | dont let that lying @#$%% take our team away !!! |
| 204 | carolyn s. templin | The sonics belong in
Seattle. There is no
good reason for them to
move to Oklahoma with Clay and his friends. |
| 205 | Anonymous | I wonder if Bill Gates is a Sonics fan??? |
| 206 | A.J. Sartin | As fans of the NBA and the Seattle Supersonics we deserve to have our team stay here! |
| 207 | Anonymous | Save our Sonics! Howard Shultz is evil for selling to a bunch of Oklahoma hicks who want to move the team. I'm a Tully's guy now! |
| 208 | Alex Cheng | I dislike Howard Schultz and Clay Bennett...I REFUSE TO DRINK STARBUCKS!!! |
| 209 | Jordan Hopkins | |
| 210 | Anonymous | I love the city of Seattle and have always identified the city with the Sonics. The KeyArena is old, but awesome. Please just pony up the $200 million of tax money and build the new arena in Renton and STOP THIS NONSENSE. Don't make a decision that you know you'll regret. Let's face it, when the NBA leaves Seattle, it's gone forever, or at least in our lifetime. |
| 211 | Huey Yu | Big sonics fan since I could remember. The only basketball team I have ever followed non-stop. Been through the ups and downs of this team and would hate to see them go |

| 215 | Sean | Please keep the Sonics in Seattle. It would be strange without the Sonics. |
| 216 | Brandon LeDoux | you can not take the sonics away from us. i have grown up with the sonics. it would break my heart if you move to oklahoma. PLEASE DONT GO!!! Go Sups. |
| 217 | Matthew Lord | I am a Celtics fan from Maine (the Celtics have been around prior to 1967 as well as the Knicks, Sonics and Bulls). I would be furious if a rich guy from another town tried to move them to his hometown. The league should stop him. He should not have the right to do that. Rich guys should not be able to buy teams and move them at their will. The Sonics belong to the city of Seattle, not this guy and his big wallet. I hope he loses his court case and gets ridden out of town and sells the team to local owners. He represents all that is wrong with sports. David Stern you should do something. If you have an ounce of integrity, stop defending this owner and help the team stay in Seattle. |

| 219 | Scott Salyer | I grew up in Washington and have been watching the Seattle Supersonics since I was a child. They won the Championship the year I was born. Don't move the team! |
| 220 | cj | I have boycotted starbucks since that slim abll sold the team to an outside investor hick. This move makes no sense only to stern and clay |

| 222 | T. Merryfield | I haven't watched the NBA in a long time but I think what is happening is WRONG. Save the Sonics!! |
| 223 | Tyler Richart | Please help keep our team here. Fight the bastards tooth and nail. And no corporate handouts. We gave them a new stadium ten years ago, and they don't need another one. They haven't been bargaining in good faith. Keep the Sonics. Lose Clay Bennett. Shame on Howard Schultz. |

| 233 | Anonymous | My childhood was defined in many ways by the Seattle SuperSonics. To move the team from its home city is unimaginable for me and for a city which has stood by the team through its highs and lows. |
| 234 | Anonymous | I'm not a Sonics fan, but I do think the NBA should try to keep the Sonics in Seattle. I don't understand why the NBA is trying to keep the Hornets in New Orleans when it is clear that they were much more successful in OKC. They have also forgotten that the Jazz left New Orleans for Utah, of all places..the NBA does not work in New Orleans. Seattle had the Sonics for 40 years, won a championship there and supported the team. |
| 235 | Anonymous | Keep the Sonics in Seattle. |
| 236 | Sarah McElhoe | |
| 237 | Cameron Johnson | The franchise means and will always mean more to Seattle than it would Oklahoma. The owner of the Sonics is some kid trying to live a dream. He's frome Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Born and raised. Who wouldn't want to bring pro sports to our home towns given we have the resources? You will destroy the Seattle franchise, and will have a very difficult time getting it anywhere near what it's currently at in Seattle. Horrible decision on the owners part. |
| 238 | David Haynes | there is no way these jerks from oklahoma should be able to take away the supersonics. they have been a part of the city for way too many years. I hope those men from OHC rot in hades!!! |
| 239 | Robert Wray | Keep the Sonics in Seattle!!!!! |
| 240 | Commissioner Tony Geinzer | It honestly perturbs me that The SuperSonics, one of the NBA's Greatest Franchises is leaving for Oklahoma! What would I expect:
The Oklahoma SoonerSonics! That would be a sickening corporate farce! |
| 241 | Michael Cruz | Leave the sonics in seattle |
| 242 | Jon | |
| 243 | Anonymous | Dave Sabey is builing some arena south of Boeing and Clay Bennett is clearly putting his hometown ahead of the franchise. He tried to ban caffiene products in Seattle once. |

| 245 | graham | |
| 246 | Ben Heffley | |
| 247 | Anonymous | The Sonics have been in Seattle for 41 years. To move them from Seattle would be a travesty. The Sonics must be kept in Seattle. |
| 248 | Edward Elkin | Our politicians should use every available means to force a solution to keep our sonics. As fans of over 30 years we have collectively spent billions supporting this team. To have it hijacked would be devastating. The NBA should be held accountable to its fans. |
