In January of 2006, a letter from the National Student Loan Center sending a threating letter of Seizing my income tax refunds and gst for failure of student loan repayment. I called the number and after being passed to 4 different departments I found out this loan was not in my name but had my social insurance number. My name was reversed, Martin James. To this day since 2006 I have been fighting with this department trying to get my money back and have even gone to the RCMP with no help. I am frustrated and need help with this. I have stopped filing income tax until its resolved. |
