| 3901 | Anonymous | CA | 01 | It is so easy to mask laws like this from the publics' eye. What they really want is to keep people off the internet instead of actually "protecting" us. They are taking away our rights of assembly and basicly taking away freedom of speech, seeing as how they are trying to block all the chat-room like sites. I advise everyone that enjoys online time with their friends to sign this and try to advertise it anyway possible. |
| 3902 | Carol | NE | 07 | As a proponent of freedom of speech and expression, a public librarian and a parent of 5 children, I want my children to have the freedom to express themselves without big brother deciding what is best for them. |
| 3903 | Anonymous | KY | 07 | this very idea is really sad in my opinion.there are too many out there that depend totally on public machines like the Library to take care of business as it were.actually some support groups count on input from these places as many do not have or can get a PC let alone a server.for anyone to pass such a foolish law just shows everyone how inept the government can be.do you think political sites will be affected?of course not.news is news no matter how anyone gets it.more and more it is getting technical so why the need to forbid or censor things from good people?True a predetor could bebefit so chat rooms in a way do stand to reason however forums and BB's do not.let that part alone ''powers that be'' e - mail too as far as that goes |

| 3905 | Anonymous | OR | 01 | I Completely support this Petition and will gladly pass the word to my friends. Most kids have to much free time at school and if they block email then what will be left to pass time. And what will be next? online games? |
