Stop Unfair Labor Practices on Stanford Campus

We the members of the Stanford Labor Action Coalition (SLAC) and the Stanford community hereby protest that Walters & Wolf is currently producing precast panels for delivery to the new physics building on our campus. We are aware that these precast worker’s contract expired June 30th of 2005 and that they are being subjected to numerous Unfair Labor Practices by an employer who refuses to bargain in good faith. We demand that Randy Wolf stop the unfair labor practices against his workers, provide adequate medical benefits for the workers and their families, and bargain in good faith; or we will in good conscience protest the deliveries of these panels.
