Also, our volunteer firefighters and EMS personnel are not ready to handle any disaster caused by a down jet. At the meeting in Ramapo the FAA stated that this new plan will only improve delays by 4-6 minutes. The amount of disruption to Rockland is far too great for only a 4-6 minute improvement. I'll take the delays instead! |

We need sound Barriers as it is, but they will not do anything to aleviate the noise from Plane Traffic. The FAA needs to find an alternative plan to solve their issues, without creating Quality of Life problems for Ramapo's Tax Payers. |
