We are low income because we are not fortunate to get retirement pay like our politicians. I can't even get a dime for taking care of my blind, bedfast mother who is blind, has Alzheimers, bedfast & incontinent & we give her 24/7 hr care. They would pay a Nursing Home over $4000 though. Next I guess they'll take our home and we'll have her living on the street with my Mother in her hospital bed. Doesn't do any good to ask the Senators in Ky to do anything and I don't think the President ever gets my e mails. People think I'm crazy but I do think our President will do something. They raise our taxes every year & we have to borrow money to pay them. Thanks for letting me sound off. |

The majority are chartered as 501 C Nonprofit Corporations subject to state regulations but the states never enforce the statutes and buyers are never shown a copy of the corporation papers or understand the volunteer directors have a fiducairy duty to treat all members in a fair and reasonable way...also they violate the duty to avoid making any arbitrary decision or taking an arbitrary action and congress made the error of granting CAI a $250,000 grant for the purpose of drafting safe guidelines in CID only to divert the grant funds to a profit making organization that grew wealthy from legal fees and management memberships at expense of the members of large...
Congress should conduct a hearing on the fraud, misuse of the grant money etc but the CAI Lobbyists are in control and no one has year filed a class action suit calling for an end to tax discrimination because property tax has always been used to cover maintenance of streets, lights trash pick up etc but members of homeowner associations have to pay all maintenance in private ocntracts in addition to high property tax which is a tax discrimination against citizens far worse then the stamp tax that caused the early revolution with England.
