954 JohnZolanMIUSThere are limited situations where ED is appropriate, but the latest Supreme Court decision allows the bar to be lowered to an unacceptable level. Home ownership needs to be protected in all but the most extreme situations, in which the public good is very clearly served by doing so.

966 GeorgeLossmannILUSI think local and state government has quietly,( probably because we don't get involved in politics enough on a local level) erroded our rights and freedoms we once had. Just try and get a permit to build anything. unless your connected or can pay you are in trouble.

991 MarieHoranRIUSI fear that the distinction between common use and common good will be blurred by opportunists ready to take advantage of those who cannot fight back. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concern.
992 SherriStrubleCOThis Supreme Court ruling shows how very much the elected officials in the United States have 'sold out' their constituents in favor of money. Is this truly sustainable? I don't believe it is.

1000 StevenConnersMAUSI find this action offensive in so many ways. The defense of private property is one of the bedrocks of this country, we should not be weakening that principle. When government acts in capricious ways it risks losing it's authority and respect.
