Stop EPA Human Testing

Under pressure from industry, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is conducting and accepting “human dosing” studies, where people are exposed to pesticides and other toxic chemicals to test exposure levels. These tests even involve infant children.

In one study, parents are paid to spray the rooms their babies primarily occupy (EPA also provides the parents free video cameras and bibs) to measure how much of the chemical the toddlers absorbed. Industry wants human testing to justify increased exposure levels among workers and civilians, including children.

Sign the petition to Acting EPA Administrator Stephen Johnson and urge him to stop pesticide tests on children and end all human testing posing any risk to the subjects.
