| 106 | Robert Smith | Yes the Cherokee nation is badly managed. Very few services get to the Cherokee people and many live in extreme poverty with no access to health care and education, while Chad's regime squanders your federal money and casino profit on failed business and maybe theft of federal money.
Check out this I viewed on youtube on Cherokee poverty.

| 111 | Dona Mclain | I have 7 Cherokee grandchildren. I am saddened to learn of all the poverty and coruption that exist in the CNO. The CNO needs more checks and balances when it comes to the federal funds and casino profits. It is apparent these funds are not going to the people that need the help. Chad Smith should be ashamed of himself denying the Boys & Girls Club of Talaquah a 12,000 dollar pool. I question his authority over this line veto for this already allocated funding for the pool. |

| 113 | Johnny Flynn | Not only should you shut down the Cherokee Nation, take it off the government dole, but also the Citizen Potawatomi Nation who is using its federal funds to persecute elders, arrest political opponents, and destroy families. If this were happening in any other country, foreign aid would be shut off. But it is allowed to go on unchecked all over Indian Country. |

| 115 | Joseph O. Kirkendoll | My great grand mother walked the Trail of Tears and suffered along with the other Cherokees. I pay a lot of taxes to the U.S. Goverment to give funds to the Cherokee Nation to discriminate against ME. I want a large refund if that is the case. |

| 129 | Anonymous | What a shame!! The Cherokee Nation was happy to take the funding provided for those Freedmen Citizens of the Cherokee Nation. Perhaps now they should have to pay it back! |
| 130 | Anonymous | This last election was my first and last if it is to continue with this same group. We need to
send on their way. We need honest people to take
care of the needs of our Cherokee people. |

| 132 | Diana Brasfield - Citizen Potawatomi | Sovereign right? Sovereign Immunity/Rights are synonymous with constitutional rules, regulations, and/or authority. Without constitutional compliance - strict adherence to the regulatory mandates of the tribal Constitution there is no SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY/RIGHTS.
Corrupted elected officials across the nation scream sovereign right. US Governmental Agencies have adopted a hands off policy associated with these "sovereign rights". Unfortunately sovereign immunity simply does not exist if the tribal government is constitutionaly noncompliant. One of those very simple checks and balances hiding in plain sight yet overlooked for years.
