| 51 | Matthew Johnston | this is bs.contract violation.i will leave sprint if they cap my data usage.if they do cap, they should lower the monthly fee.that would be fair.if they don't,i will expect my down payment because i will cancel and sprint says if u cancel membership,u can't recieve your down payment back ,but they are breaching the contract.i didn't sign up for some capped crap.i will DEFINETLY get a case started if they deny me. |
| 52 | Sallie Ngarmtap | I have been with Sprint since 1998. I continued with Sprint PCS service depsite several hiccups in my mobile service and customer service. But overall, I have been a very satified customer. If Sprint were to start capping my broadband usage, I will be forced to move my service elsewhere. I signed onto Sprint's broadband service for 2 reasons:1. because it was unlimited 2. because it had the best and fasted network. I am VERY discouraged by this possibilty. And if Sprint DOES add a cap, I will show my displeasure by discontinuing all of my lines of service broadband and cellular. Sprint please reconsider this move because it will be a very poor business decision. |
