| 1 | Anonymous | I say no to the 5G cap, it will only hurt Sprint in the long run. |
| 2 | Anonymous | Please do not put a cap on your "unlimited" service, otherwise I will say "goodbye!" |
| 3 | Sprint Employee | I agree 100% with this petition, but A) they never work and B) they never work! |

| 5 | Robert Rader | I signed up for an unlimited plan by contract. Just because you have a right to enforce limits clause does not override the intent of the contract. A minor clause cannot invalidate the main purpose of a contract by law. Setting a 5 GB limit on an unlimited contract clearly violates contract law. |
| 6 | chris | its rediculous! |
| 7 | donald zuchowski | I signed up for unlimited. so if you now say that i can only use 5gb then are you now saying that unlimited means how many times i can connect to the network? |

| 10 | Charles Watson | don't call it unlimited if your going to cap it...and don't cap it period |

| 13 | Anonymous | I will rack up excess data just to get terminated on purpose, so I don't have to pay the termination fee if this goes in effect. |
| 14 | Anonymous | Unlimited means unlimted. This will result in a material change and canceling w/o ETF. |
| 15 | Sam | I think that as long as Sprint advertises unlimited it truely should be unlimited. If they want to give 5gb cap they should advertise it as so.
In this day and age of video streaming and all the stuff you can do on your phone, 5gb is such a small limit to expect customers to stay under. |
| 16 | Tim | Does this cap include the simply everything unlimited data plans also? If so this will cause me to leave for AT&T. Thay have better phones and better service. |
| 17 | Anonymous | NO 5GB CAP!!! |
| 18 | Anonymous | Just say no!!! |

| 22 | Jeffrey Galles | I bought a smartphone and vision for UNLIMITED data. This is the ONLY reason I chose sprint, for their great data network for web browsing and streaming tv from home. Now, if this will cause me to exceed it, even once, I will leave. |
| 23 | Fausto Ochoa | if they do start the 5G cap....they should only do it for new customers....not existing ones. i was just getting comfortable with my sprint service and damn im commited to paying them $100 bucks a month....but doing the cap might change allot of peoples minds.....come on sprint. its us the customers that need to stay happy. |
| 24 | Jo Innis | Sprint... you are killing your business. 5GB per month is nothing. Online game play and streaming movies take more than that. |
| 25 | Martina | Sprint if you wish to lose another million customers, then cap us at 5GB |
| 26 | Sherwin Amiran | |
| 27 | Mark | |
| 28 | Lyn Cleveland | I left Hughesnet because of Caps......I'll leave Sprint also. |
| 29 | Wayne Foutz | Come on man, don't do this! |
| 30 | Anonymous | I've been a loyal Sprint/Nextel customer for years with phone service, and for the last year have had both a Sprint phone and a Sprint broadband card. I was willing to pay $60/month for unlimited, which is what I signed up for. I won't pay $60/month for 5GB. |

| 33 | Anonymous | the only real reason i have stayed with sprint is the unlimited wireless data plan at the premium price. i have software updates that are somewhat frequent (ex: my OS had a patch today thats almost half a gig) and plus the regular monthly data usage. im not a torrent user but i still foresee it hurting me in the long run. i couldn't believe my eyes when i read the 5gb cap article. |
| 34 | Martin Green | I was about to switch to Sprint from Verizon because Verizon imposed a 5GB cap on their plan. Now, because Sprint is planning to impose a cap in July and apparently not grandfather current users, I have no reason to switch. Why would Sprint do this if it only affected 1% of their users? |

| 38 | Michael Boucher | If this happens I will leave Sprint |
| 39 | Faith Gill | Just signed 2-year contract on June 13th - knew Sprint's service was too good to be true. |
| 40 | tony | I hope sprint does not do this. Lure the consumer in then screw them by changing the contract, all big business seems the same.
Change it sprint, I will disconnect the service. |
| 41 | lena cheney | i was told by a customer rep when i signed up last month my terms would not change. Had i known i would not have choosen sprint |
| 42 | Anonymous | I just signed up for unlimited EDVO and now you're considering capping the unlimited use? WHOA!!!
Please don't do this.. WORD of Mouth travels much faster of bad service/contracts than any paid advertisement etc. |
| 43 | Anonymous | I signed up for unlimited and should be grandfathered for unlimited! |
| 44 | mario | |
| 45 | Raymond Stokes | This is no rumor. I'm told my account's unlimited broadband use with my Sprint air card will change on my next billing cycle starting Jul 25th.
Is this legal? Can they legally change the unlimited broadband to 5G?
Never was this explained to me by the Sprint Rep when I signed on!! |
| 46 | Anonymous | No to Caps! |
| 47 | Tony Quinones | |
| 48 | Greg McPheter | Absolutely insane. Upgrade your f-ing network if it's so poor that you have to do this. Goodbye streaming or downloading anything. Great way to punish people that pay money to use your service. Did anyone actually consider how little 5GB is before they did this??!?! |
| 49 | Anonymous | We only signed up because there were no limits. With a 5G cap, there's no reason for us to stay with Sprint - for broadband OR cell service. |
