It would be much healthier and kinder and more ecconomical solution for the government when looking at how to ethically deal with the pet over-population problem. |

| 133 | lyla marie hoffman | today i phoned around to find out the cheapest place to have my cat spayed my findings are about 200.00 i can,t believe this world there are so many stray kitties in my neighbor hood that theres times when really cold i will put out some of my cats food to help keep them warm ,,i,ve even made warm beds in places for them to get into from the cold ,,i wish and i pray that someone in this world would help things like over populating kitties come to an end ,i,m sure the goverment could help even if it,s a once a year to families with low incomes can have a brake on spaying or nueturing there pets thank u for having this petition maybe one day it will help ,,i,m in alberta and what i see is unbelievably sad thank u and god bless |
