Imagine it was your family who needed to be rescued, but were lost because the crew spent a few more minutes reaching the station at another site. Please use common sense.

I am also aware that the RNLI will work and consult with all partners to build a sympathetic station which fits into a traditional boating setting. It is after all what they do day in and day out with over 220 active lifeboat Stations around the UK and southern Ireland. Thank you. Brian Farrow
