Due to present day laws and direction in which it is going, it is time to fight for the rights of smokers. Understanding the rights of non-smokers having free from smoke establishments is a right, but should not be at the loss of those who choose to smoke. Therefore, it is time to stand up and say I disagree with such laws and I want the right to socialize in local establishments that allows smoking away from non-smokers.
Such places should be staffed with employees that except the right of smokers without disagreement of any personal health issues...
i.e., if you dont like the smell of paint, don't work in a paint factory.
"SMOKING IS NOT YET ILLIGAL"
This petition will run as long as it takes to make aware of its presents and collect as many signatures as it will take to force a different approach to this unfair decision now slated as law.

My name is Joe Marshall and I am sponsoring this petition as a result of all the dissatisfied people I encounter daily where I work. I am presently employed at a convenient/gas station where I sell tobacco products, and yes I am a smoker as well.
