Smoke Free Manhattan

The petition

We the students of Kansas State University and citizens of the Manhattan community believe that our health and welfare should be a top priority on the minds of our city commissioners. Because of this, we strongly urge the Manhattan City Commission to pass an ordinance that would ban smoking in all workplaces and enclosed public buildings.
