Smok'em if you Got'em

As you all know, on July 1st, 2005 a citywide ban, Ordinance 15-5, on smoking in bars goes into effect. This is not just a ban on smoking, it is a ban on choice. I for one believe that this ban will have a large negative effect on our city, and we need to do something to stop it.
