Napa County School Uniform Act

The petition

This Petition Is to Require all High Schools within Napa County limits, to require school uniforms be worn by all children.

This will be of no extra cost to the school system, as the uniforms will be paid for by a yearly fee to the parent.

While the parent will pay this yearly fee for the uniform, you must factor in the savings the parent will have from not being forced to spend hundreds, or thousands of dollars extra on school clothes.

We believe that school is a place where children should go to learn, and wearing a uniform creates a more level playing field, where children are given the opportunity to focus exclusively on learning, and becoming responsible young adults.

We also feel this gives the child a more disciplined environment.
