| 51 | Caroline Warman | Please don't close this lovely pool facilities I and my family enjoy very much |
| 52 | Anonymous | I feel the swimming pool is a valuable lesisure facility. Unisex changing rooms would be inappropriate for young children and females. It also has excellent disabled facilities. |
| 53 | Anonymous | My daughter is a swimmer, and uses this pool on a regular basis. Plus she has an assitent dog that is looked after |
| 54 | Danielle Watts | This pool is a necessity for me as I'm a Paralympic swimmer & have been training at Temple Cowley for 6 years. If the pool was closed I would have to travel further & my assistance dog wouldn't be looked after. |

| 56 | rachel edwards-grundy | The council needs to put users of the pool first!Over the years services have been taken(the creche facility) and this is just another example of robbing local people. |

| 58 | veronica meacham | this is a wonderful community facility - please keep it open! |

| 60 | Rowie Christopher | Currently I can walk to the pool, and get changed in relative privacy with other women and I prefer that. A pool in Blackbird Leys would involve me driving to a not so safe area, as cycling and leaving my bike there is out of the question, thus adding to the air carbon pollution, which I'm not happy to do. |
| 61 | Elizabeth Holland | Why close a valuable community facility when you should be improving it. I hope the council dont think they're property developers!! |
| 62 | lisa wakefield | always busy, leave as it is,changin rooms should stay as they are |
| 63 | Gwyn Jones | The leisure centre is within close walking distance and keeps me active. Please keep it and upgrade it |

| 66 | Helen Butterfield | I cannot believe that the council are considering closing Temple Cowley pool. It is such a vital place for so many. Why does everything have to be in Blackbird Leys! Please do not close this pool. |
| 67 | Nigel Cardale | Hi
I live in Derwentside Co Durham where we have a similar situation to yours. The council want to close the existing pool, sell the land & provide a smaller pool with less amenities on another site. We have recently formed an action group and would welcome the opportunity to "compare notes" or get advice etc.
Can you give me a contact name & email or phone no. or email.
Hoping to hear from you

| 69 | Mhairi-Clare Bradley | I swam as a child in the temple cowley pools, I was part of the youth teams, the pools are important to keep kids fit and healthy |
| 70 | Anonymous | I recently found out there is this Swimming pool available to the public, and my family is looking forward to going for a lovely swim sometime soon. I think as a soon tobe new comer of temple cowley swimming pool, some people may have issues with the opposite sex may find it disturbing having to share the same room for a changing faciuities let alone not knowing Whom is in the next

| 75 | Anonymous | Please keep it open! We love the pool here. It is our only place! |
| 76 | John Stone | I learned to swim at Temple Cowley Pool 60 years ago.
It was a wonderful resource which served the community over a wide catchment area.
A pool at Blackbird Leys would serv a much smaller catchment area. The pool and the library at Temple Cowley had a certain synergy in terms of use.
I plan to swim there again this summer when I visit friends in Headington.
Homes are important, but so too are local amenities for people of all ages, but especially the young.
Good luck with your campaign. |
| 77 | I D HAZELL | Blackbird Leys has more than enough leisure facilities |

| 81 | Anonymous | Please don't shut this lovely pool, I have been using it now for 60years +. |
| 82 | Anonymous | all facilities and money to BBL as usual then - suppose it might help to fill all those empty buses going to BBL. |
| 83 | Anonymous | It is in a central loacation to a underprivlaiged area. Without this pool kids may go out on the streets and become anti-social rebels, rather then have a recreational activity at this pool facility.
SAVE IT basically |
| 84 | David Parker | leave Cowley pool as it is as we all like it to be if Blackbirdleys needs a pool build them one however, not at the cost the Cowley pool. |

| 88 | Anonymous | this pool has been a part of cowley for many years we need it |
| 89 | Anonymous | the only place that my children can travel on there own is to the swimming pool it would be sad if this happens for alot of kids & this pool keeps them out of trouble |
| 90 | Anonymous | local schools will be deprived as will local people whilst the Director of public health indicates obesity and health inequalities as a major health priority in his 2008/2009 report |

| 92 | Tamasin Went | I go to Temple Cowley pool every week with my daughter - the facilities are really family friendly |
| 93 | Craig Simmons | Labour conveniently announced this closure just after the local elections where they won by a narrow 12 vote margin. Coincidence? |
| 94 | Cllr Elise Benjamin | |
| 95 | Andy Cotgreave | THe location of Templey Cowley is too good to let go. Move it to Blackbird Leys and you will find many more people driving to the pool. |
| 96 | Heather Dalitz |
| 97 | Sarah Levete | Many people use Temple Cowley pools and it would be a huge loss to users of all ages if it were to go. |
| 98 | Anonymous | a great resource
you have to keep this - it allows people to exercise |
