| 1933 | Sarah Pellegrin | As a PhD student at Kings College, I can attest to the fact that I have had to rely on the Senate House Library collection to conduct major aspects of my research, as the resources simply are not available at my university library. It would be a severe loss in instutional value for the University of London. In addition, as an international student paying higher tuition fees than UK/EU students, the loss of Senate House would simply add to the decline in the value of the higher education system I am paying a premium for. It is also a wonderful building and delightful experience to enter the library itself. |
