1901 Nick BerggrenUniversity College London student. I find Senate House vital for my studies, and would be very sad to see its funding cut.

1914 AnonymousIt is disgusting that the closure of SHL has even been considered when many students at smaller colleges cannot complete their degrees without it!

1933 Sarah PellegrinAs a PhD student at Kings College, I can attest to the fact that I have had to rely on the Senate House Library collection to conduct major aspects of my research, as the resources simply are not available at my university library. It would be a severe loss in instutional value for the University of London. In addition, as an international student paying higher tuition fees than UK/EU students, the loss of Senate House would simply add to the decline in the value of the higher education system I am paying a premium for. It is also a wonderful building and delightful experience to enter the library itself.
