| 3451 | kevin jones | i support our armed forces, but if they are gonna take away the very reason i support them (fighting for our freedom, being able to go offroading in an approved atv area is a freedom we now have) then i can no longer suppor the armed forces or their actions. |

| 3455 | Damon Hall | This is outrageous! Why do the Marines need more land here in California anyway? So they blow more shit up and tear up the environment worse than we as useres ever could? |

| 3460 | Ed Nugent | We have had to many areas closed! We do pay taxes and extra fees to have these areas stay open.
I was under the impression that the fees for off road bikes was to be used for that purpose!

| 3463 | Marc Garrison | Our family has a house across from the Boone Rd. entrance. We were approached by the code enforcement during the Thanksgiving weekend. It is completely insane to me to think that the government can tell me not to park my RV along with my invited guests on my land because we have more than ten people in a group. |

To see it closed after having witnessed the level of recreation and joy it has afforded so many indviduals would be a travesty. I can only hope that the Marine Corps will work to find another location to suit their needs and allow families to continue to utilize Johnson Valley for recreational purposes. |
| 3470 | Amy Horn | Keep Johnson Valley Open! |
| 3471 | Brian McDermott | The Marine Base needs to use land that is not used by so many people to recreate for there expansion. |

| 3474 | Adam Sroka | Like many others I believe that East expansion is a viable compromise. Johnson Valley should remain available for public use. |
| 3475 | Brad Lark | Johnson Valley is the location of world famous 4x4 trails. This area should be left open for the people, not kept from the people. The JVOHV area cannot be replaced by any other slice of desert. It is Mecca for OHV recreationists. |

| 3479 | John Snell | Keep it open for generations to come. Unique, diverse, beautiful with historic value on top. |
| 3480 | Melissa Garcia | Johnson Valley is a much loved area for off roaders. Year after year there are fewer places where people can go to enjoy the sport. Taking more places away will have a negitive impact on the few areas that are left. As they will be overcrowded with displaced off roaders. |

| 3490 | Leon Borowski | If the Marines take Johnson Valley, it would be a severe loss for the OHV community in California. This would impact thousands of people who go to Johnson Valley for holidays and weekends.
The trails in Johnson Valley are very unique and challenging in a way that is not found in
many other places. |

| 3493 | Kenneth Cooke | I have visited the Johnson Valley region for the past several years. While I enjoyed my visits, I will also look forward to visiting Johnson Valley - in particular, the Jeep trails, for decades to come. I do understand that the United States Military is interested in expanding their bombing range, but families and individuals also enjoy the outdoors, and the opportunities that Johnson Valley provides to those who enjoy recreation and also soletude in our nations deserts.
