| 107 | Mr D H Savas | I think it is absolutely diisgraceful that the authorities have failed to act to stop this vandelism of the beautiful Cyprus coastline.
When i vist Cyprus later this year, i will make a point to vist the location. |

| 122 | eleni paul | Its going to be too late before the realize they are spoiling my Cyprus |
| 123 | Mark Ashton | Having recently purchased a property in Protaras just across the headland from Fig Tree bay I strongly object to any such development and was not aware of it's construction. Furthermore as I also have a business that trades overseas property many of which are in Cyprus I will make any potential purchasors aware of this issue. |
| 124 | Ivan Radovic | It s a shame how they ruined such a beautifull coastline! SHAME!!! |

| 137 | Katie Demetriades | Once again the aunthorities of Paralimni are making the seashores of Protaras even more uninviting, in order to receive a few extra euro per year. They fail to realise that people enjoy visiting protaras because of its becautiful, clean shores that are lovely to swim in. This is unfortunate because instead of building around the natural beauty of the region they are contanstly destroying it to fill up the area with houses that are practically built on each other or cheap restaurants with 80s neon signs. Paralimnians should consider visiting the greek islands or other competitors to get some idea of how to make the town's infrastructure suit its environment. Effort should also be made to make the beaches more swimmer friendly (like other european countries). For example, by adding new sunbeds (we have had the same sunbeds since the 1980s), shower/fresh water facilities, changing cabins, specific areas for watersports so as to control noise pollution etc. I just hope they figure things out soon, before our the precentage of tourists vising the area completely drops and they have totally ruined the beauty of Protaras.Katie Demetriades |

| 144 | Anonymous | I think its a shame the way they keep building properties all over the island and spoling the view of people who have a property with a sea view. Why build so many when they cannot sell or rent out the ones they have already got. Its a waste of money and time which could be put to better use. |

| 146 | M Luker | Our family has been coming to Protoras for the last 20 years on holiday - and every year the beautiful Fig Tree bay beach becomes more commercial and polluted - we now travel out of the resort to other areas because the beauty and tranquility of this "paradise" has been allowed to be overrun by money making individuals. |
