This petition is for all NRI's who are fed up of being exploited time and time again.
Swami Ramdevji (who teaches Pranayam and Yoga) is visiting the UK next month.
Whilst it is understandable that he wants to raise money for his University in Haridwar, the prices they are planning to charge to attend a 3hr yoga session for a week are starting from £200 in some places going up to £500 for VIP treatment. Do these people think we are all made of money?
One must remember that it was Patanjali who gave mankind the Yoga Sutra's (free of charge!)from which Swami Ramdevji bases his discourses on. Also, one must think of other organisations /charities who have succesfully raised money to build hospitals, research institutes, fed the poor, through raising money from donations rather than imposing large fees on people.
