STOP KILLING MUNGIKI MEMBERS!! PROSECUTE THEM BEFORE THE LAW!
Posted by maasaiwarrior on July 25th, 2007
presumption of guilt is unfair and even immoral because it allows the strategic targeting of any individual, since it's often difficult to firmly establish proof of innocence

Why is it so easy to speak the language of cruelty? According to the report by standard, 200 people, mostly innocent youth have been slaughtered by police without any whatsoever justice applied. Who is giving orders for Kenyans to murdered without trial?
Why is Kenya so cruel? Violence can never win apart from putting a stop to some lives on earth and not necessarily terminating ideas of those people.
If The kenyan homeland security thinks that Mungiki is a group of primitive extortioners, who in some barbaric ways kills innocent people why don’t they try to teach them the language of a civilized society owing to the fact that this people are kenyans and Kenya for that matter has done very little to teach it’s people about fundamental human rights, like for instance freedom of Expressive Associations and religion.
why allow the killing of your own citizens? At home and Internationally, the act of the Kenyan police is as equally primitive or even more than than that of those poor un educated Mungiki fellows.
The kenyan Police is supposed to keep law and order and not create chaos and and bloodshed.
Kenyans in Diaspora are demanding that the president intervene and stop these unnecessary bloodshed.
All Kenyans have the right to express themselves but if anyone breaks any law of Kenya, then that particular person should be presented before the court of law of Kenya and not to be tortured of killed at site.

Our country is no longer a colonial protectorate where some people who were perceived to be dangerous were systematically killed at site.
STOP KILLING MUNGIKI MEMBERS!! PROSECUTE THEM BEFORE THE LAW! HOW CAN YOU SENTENCE PEOPLE TO DEATH TO BE SHOT IN PUBLIC BEFORE THEY ARE PROVEN GUILTY IN THE 2007?
Please Kenya, stop making yourself so primitive.

How can a civilized sovereign country accept the killing of suspected Mungiki members if at all they are members without having them tried before the court of Kenya?

We are faced with a calamity of no measure. The morals of our society have diminished tremendously. Human rights are violated in broad day light
This must be stopped.! Mungiki members have the rights of human beings like any other person. If they have been involved in terror activities, the long hand of Kenya must put them to jail and administer legal punishment according to the laws of Kenya.
We cannot go on killing our fellow countrymen in such barbaric manner. Where are all the moral values of the old African spirit? Why do you accept to be turned into a beast?

The police involved in this shooting, despite the usual explanation of being under orders from "above" must really stop and think first before they trigger next time. Ask yourself why you must terminate another persons life without any reason.
Even if you had all reason to kill some one, which in real sense NO one has apart from God, will you just do it they way you kill those who are perceived to be Mungiki members? If you think Mungiki members are primitive, think twice and look at your hand next time you pull that trigger!!
STOP KILLING MUNGIKI MEMBERS!! PROSECUTE THEM BEFORE THE LAW! HOW CAN YOU SENTENCE PEOPLE TO DEATH TO BE SHOT IN PUBLIC BEFORE THEY ARE PROVEN GUILTY IN THE 2007?
