Unification has been granted for my family, the only delay is that I don't have adequate housing. I recently learned of a program that can help us called Family Unification Program(FUP). It's a supplemental section 8 program of sorts. All Adam has to do is mail or fax a referral to the PHA for my family to be enrolled into the program. | 516 | Dot Knightly | My newborn granddaughter was taken after her mother was given a morphine IV for nineteen hour's in labor. The baby was placenta-previa, but my daughter was never told. Anyone with half a brain know's morphine in labor spill's into the baby, but the Judge had no idea and instead believed the lies of DCYF. My granddaughter was placed in fostercare instead of with my husband and I because I would not lie for them and admit my daughter was doing illegal drug;s, because she was'nt. She had a myriad of illnesses and complication's in her high risk pregnancy, but was never told what was wrong, nor was she treated for any of them. One of the complication's was anemia, untreated. There wasn;t enough blood going to her pituitary gland while pregnant. The pituitary gland is now damaged. She has been diagnosed with Sheehan Syndrome, better known in third world countries, caused by bad prenatal medical care. She can no longer have children. Her right's have been terminated and I have been filing appeal's one right after the other. Every one has been denied. I filed an Injunction to stop the adoption in Probate Court. I just found out, while we were waiting for the court's response, the court granted the adoption. We got the court's reponse denying the Injunction almost a month after filing it. I am now representing her in Supreme Court. We can not afford a Lawyer and I am doing a better job at fighting this rogue agency than her court appointed puppet did. I know this was an illegal adoption and was told by DCYF itself that the adoption will most probably be reversed. I am in hopes it will be along with the TPR. I told her if it isn't reversed I will still keep fighting for my granddaughter who was illegally taken. Everyone need's to keep on fighting. In august, while taking my daughter to the docters i discovered that my doctor was diagnosed with osteogensis imperfecta dyfs never inform me of this condition. In sept. the judge ruled that there was not enough evidence of abuse so my children were to be return as soon as i passed the final phyic evaluation. He is still incarcerated, being beaten every day, and forfeiting his meals just so he can send letters to his sons mother. While in prison, his father passed, his grandfather passed, and he was only permitted to attend his fathers wake, at which they cleared the room out so he could not interact with the other family members. I saw the child, who i feel is a nephew to me, one evening for 1 hour. They showed up late, but we were still only given the alotted amount of time. My friend was placed in a cell with someone with Hepatitis C, which concerns me that the prison system of NJ does not have any quarenteening procedure. I fear for his life and his sanity, and for the state of the child. When i saw him he seemed only a shell of himself. The child was not abused in any way, and I feel that he is being abused by being taken away from his mother and father. WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR COUNTRY!?! | NJ |
