| 253 | Sara | Its about time that Sefton Council lived up to their remit of being investors in youth and provide decent and well maintained facilities for the youth of Southport and the surrounding villages. If you look at the brochure for Sefton Council, one of the first things to be seen is a picture of the skatepark, if Sefton find this image something to promote and be proud of, they are sadly deluded. The skatepark is woefully inadequate for the amount of people that use it and to be quite frank, is no longer fit for purpose.
Its about time that Sefton encourage and invest in the youth and future leaders of our community and the leaders of the council need to remember that they were once children and youths and stop reading the none stop diatribe expressed by the popular media.
Invest in the youth of today, for a positive and constructive future. |
