To Whom It May Concern:
The show "Starkville's House of El" has had a huge presence in giving fans a deeper look into the world of Smallville since it's inception at the end of season 5.
Since that time, hosts Derek and Steve have had over 80 successful episodes, countless enlightening interviews (including that of cast members, musicians, writers, and directors), a requested line written into one episode of the 6th season, and finally a segment on the Big Fans Documentary for the Complete Sixth Season DVD.
We the fans believe that their devotion and knowledge of the show should allow them to do much more than commentate week-to-week on the news and episodes, their mark should be left in a much larger way; and we won't rest until Derek and Steve have had the impact they deserve.
The SHoE crew should be allowed to write a script for an upcoming episode. Both Steve and Derek are theatrically trained writers and directors with numerous talents on their behalves and would be able to bring a presence and fresh look to an episode of a forthcoming episode of season 8.
Upon completion of this petition, a copy will be sent to the CW, Tollin/Robbins Productions, and Warner Bros.
We the undersigned believe that the two hosts of Starkville's House of El be considered to develop a story and/or write an episode for an upcoming episode of Smallville.
