FOR SUBMISSION TO THE NASSAU COUNTY LEGISLATURE
A request to authorize and finance a formal study to determine the feasibility, cost, and design of a roundabout at the intersection of Cold Spring Road and Syosset-Woodbury Road in Syosset

I, the undersigned, do hereby state that I am a duly qualified voter of the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, NY, that my place of residence is truly stated opposite my signature hereto, am qualified to vote in the County of Nassau at the next General Election, and do hereby request that the Nassau County Legislature authorize and finance an independent engineering firm with extensive experience in roundabout design 1) to conduct a formal study to determine the feasibility, cost, and design of a roundabout at the intersection of Cold Spring Road and Syosset-Woodbury Road in Syosset and 2) to compare their findings with the traffic light proposed by the Department of Public Works and 3) to report its findings to the public.
