Maria&Dave Hoagland | Innocent good people have to die in such a way as Domestic Violence. Many friends and family member all suffer . The families of both the abuser and the victum all suffer under these cicumstances. My stepson killed himself and my beautiful daughter-in-law whom we loved dearly. It has been six months and we still have not seen our grandchildren whom we love with our whole heart. I just hope that my grandchildren understand that we love them and at this time we still are not allowed to see them due to the horrible way they lost their parents and they were deaply trumatized by their Father's actions. Someday we will see them and be sure to let them know how much we loved their Mother and what a good Mother and daughter-in-law she was to me and my husband. We would have done anything we could have done to keep her safe. If me or my husband could have stopped my stepson even with our life that tragic evening we would have without any hesitation. We are suffering beyond comprehension of the selfish way that our daughter-in-law's life was taken.

Anonymous | This is a wonderful idea and I believe would save lives.
Kimberly York | my ex used and axe to go after me and has repeated violated court orders and this was 12 years ago. If a law like this was in place I might not still be in fear for my life
Joan Scanlon | This is so needed to save lives of women and children
Anonymous | Both my children and I were victims of domestic violence. Now I am dealing with my daughter's problems as she goes through a divorce from a man with similarities to my ex-husband. Too bad the court has given him almost half custody of 2 very young children. Today I saw him almost break my granddaughters arm because he was angry. I fear for my daughter's life, and am warried about my 2 grandchildren. Judges believe what they want to hear, and are blind to the truth. Lets stop violence now.
Carolyn Torrance | Once again PA is behind in legislating common-sense protections.

| 511 | Laura Smith | As a victum of Domestic Violence, we need to stop the cycle, stop the violence, and enable everyone to make an informed choice of who they are dating. Who's privacy are you protecting? The murder will be on the news anyway, the names in the paper, what are you waiting for, someone you know to go through the violence for it to become a law? I am a survivor, and have counsoled several others in my situation, one comment I have heard over and over " I didn' relize ______ did this to someone else / had a history of / did the same thing to their ex___, had I known, I could have / I wouldn't have...." . You can finish the statement. Please this law is needed, even if it only protects one life, it is worth it, one less negative headline in the news would be a good thing let a lone alot less negative headlines in the news. Take a stand, make this a Law, make it Robin's Law. Thank you for your time,
Laura A. Smith |

Anonymous | My daughter was stabbed 27 times with a screwdriver by her husband. He has a parole hearing coming up as I am writing this. She is in hiding. I pray this gets passed.
Gina Thomas | Being a biological parent should not be reason alone to allow parental rights to a child. Circumstances need to be considered in all child custody cases. Too many childrens lives are being messed up because the courts look at the biological parents as having natural rights to the child. We all know it takes more than blood lines to be a good parent and truly love their child.
