I would like to ask you all to assist me in preventing the conservative government from taking away the rights of canadians. We are all familiar with bill C-38 and if not please visit the following site http://www.parl.gc.ca/38/1/par...
Now see as this bill gives equality to not only heterosexual canadians but homosexual canadians aswell, it truely does give equality. But since the liberals had passed the bill, the consevatives at putting it under review and trying to make things as they once were. Trying to take away the rights of gay canadians. In the first paragraph of the bill it states WHEREAS the Parliment of Canada is commited to upholding the Constituion of Canada, and section 15 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees that every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to equal and equal benifit of the law without discrimination.
And now the conservatives come along and wish to remove this bill. Doesnt this say something aobut what our government has become? First this and then whats next, womens rights? I know it may seem as if its a long shot, but will you stand up with me and let hem know that what they are doing is unjust? Let them know that they wont get away with this disgusting crime that they are trying to commit.
