Jordon Flato | This is an unstoppable team. Richardson brings out a side of Obama that is irresistable. His credibility and experience not only look good for Obama, they also add a great great deal to his candidacy. Do it!
Jamison Arimoto | While I endorsed Sen. Biden for Sen. Obama's running mate a few months ago, my thinking on the matter has evolved to the point where I believe Gov. Richardson would be the ideal running-mate for Obama. While there are those who may say that having a black-brown ticket would be a risky idea, I would counter that Richardson brings a vast and eclectic resume to the table, one rich with diplomatic, legislative, and executive experience. He has more experience by far than the names most often floated for Obama's VP (Edwards, Webb, Hillary, Clark, Bloomberg). To pass over a more-qualified Latino for a less-qualified Anglo, well that would be affirmative action in reverse - in other words racism. We can, should, and will do better. Change and experience. Obama and Richardson.

Stephen Dreyfus | I just wrote an article as to why the Democrats will win the White House if Obama selects Bill Richardson. The logic is simple: Richardson is Hispanic. Texas is 48% Hispanic and has 34 Electoral votes. If Richardson is on the ballot and Obama can take Texas along with California (also half Hispanic) th election is in the bag. It really doesn' t matter that Richardson has any other qualifications. It's nice, but it doesn't matter. Only getting enough Electoral votes matter. Sad but true.

| 508 | Diane Sciacca | According to Zogby Polls, a respected polling body, the two bottom candidates in their "Who Would You NEVER Vote For?" poll were Barack Obama and Bill Richardson (dead last).
It's time for America to grow up and rally behind a pair of statesmen, not politicians, and come into our own on the world stage as a bonafide democratic republic. In addition to an Obama/Richardson ticket being virtually unbeatable, they have the combined wisdom, vision, experience and maturity to lead our nation into the 21st Century and give us a country to be proud of.
Let it be thus. Obama/Richardson '08, the Golden Ticket! |

James Rigney | What a combination: vision and hope with grounded experience and connections.

Barbara Snow | Mr. Richardson would have been a great President. As a Vice President, you would have a built in Energy expert, Someone who has a relationship with N. Korea, knows all the players in the missle east. He's perfect!
Andrea M. Bonette | I still this Bill Richardson should be President, but since that's not going to happen I think he would bring his considerable talents to the Vice Presidency- and be a far cry from the monster we've got now in that office!

Tadd Johnson |
Jerry Purvis | Love this guy. Most experience of any candidate running. Would make a great VP.
T. Chapman |
Bradley Thomas | Bill Richardson would be the best choice for Vice President for 2008.
Andrew Alemao | The man has negotiated hostage situations, who wouldn't want him on their cabinet/as their VP?
juniper alcorn |
Randall Haugen | A Obama/Richardson ticket would be unbeatable,Hillary is toast and the sooner we unite the better. Take the VP offer Bill!
Myriam Koepcke | Bill Richardson is the most qualified person to be the next VP. His foreign policy experience in combination with his grasp on energy policies and the importance of energy independence, and his governance experience is an unparallelled combination and makes him uniquely qualified for the job. His experience as a popular governor who was rated as most fiscally responsible governor by the CATO institute while addressing energy independence in NM, fighting oil interests (!) to bring his state (the only state in the U.S.) below Kyoto treaty energy emission levels. He has been nominated 5 times for the Nobel Peace Prize for his work as a hostage and international peace negotiator: this year he must surely win as his contributions have changed the world, including being brought into a stalemated negotiation between the U.S. and North Korea that may have averted a dangerous war. He should be the next Secretary of State or the next VP, but it would be better if he were VP, as his experience is so broad that placing him in the Secretary of State role would limit the level of contribution this very talented individual could offer our country at this crucial time when his talents, more than any others', will make the difference in turning our nation around, regaining our status as a respected country among other nations, and sending a clear signal to our former allies that we are ready to team with them again in order to solve the world's most difficult problems. Richardson/Obama is the Camelot team: the team that can most effectively turn the tide, demonstrate the principles and values that have for so long been lost, that lit the way during John F. Kennedy's visionary years. I hope this team will be considered seriously among the possibilities, as I believe it is the most electable team, as well as the team that will most effectively be able to turn the tide, moving our country into an era of energy independence, ending the ironic U.S. funding of those very regimes that fund the most dangerous terrorist threats against us.

Markos Mountjoy | Out of nowhere it hit me today: OBAMA/ RICHARDSON. I had never heard of it before. When I came home for work I Googled it--and, WallaaaH! It had already been thought of. I am a Black American registered Republican. I sent my first ever donation to BHO's campaign a couple of months ago. I have always deeply admired the Honorable Governor Bill Richardson, namely for his actions in regard to the North Korea situation which the president I voted for twice refused to deal with. I pray God's blessing and success to both of these great leaders!
