309 Brian LedenMy biggest issue is with the large box apartment buildings that seem to be being built all over Glenwood South. With the project at Cameron Village for an 8 story building and the project that was proposed for Fairview Road I beleive that it is important that we stop this development from the more residential areas before all of the older neighborhoods are ruined by developers that are only concerned with how many apartments they can sell because of the "great location".5 points03

314 Mary and Tom HennessyWe are in the process of having irreparable harm done to our neighborhood, so our support for this petition is visceral.Stanhope01
315 Mac CadyThis petition comes a little too late for our Stanhope Avenue neighborhood, we are getting pummeled by the "build right to the lot-lines and as high as possible" philosophy of Capstone Development. One company of many leading the charge to eradicate small, historic neighborhoods everywhere in favor of prison-like, cookie cutter, uninspired cash cow monoliths. Whatever happened to a balanced community and smart design? Why does everything have to look like North Hills shopping center?Stanhope Neighborhood01
